Additional explanation of recruitment objectives
Regional directors in each country and region lead the achievement of recruitment goals for their respective regions, and provide additional compensation when goals are exceeded.
The recruitment target will be gradually expanded over four rounds, with the next round of recruitment beginning after the allocation is made before each round of expanded recruitment.
Allocated tokens will be 100% used to recruit new shareholders, and will be freely tradable after the lock-up period (6-12 months) following the completion of recruitment.
