Carrot Field Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to users ("you") wishing to use services provided by Carrot Field, related mobile applications, and all other services provided by Carrot Field. ("Carrot Field", "Company", "we")
By joining as a shareholder or member of our company, you agree to be bound by these terms and consent to mandatory arbitration of disputes between us instead of class action or jury trials.
Carrot Field reserves the right to refuse services that do not comply with these Terms of Service, or to delete or suspend shareholders, members, and member accounts.
To use certain features of the service, such as buying or selling products and services, you must register a Carrot Field member account and provide certain information about yourself as requested on the service site. You become a shareholder immediately upon joining as a member or converting from member to shareholder. You warrant that all required registration information you submit is true and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Carrot Field account login information and are fully responsible for all activities associated with your account. You agree to immediately notify Carrot Field of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
The company recruits founders and shareholder members, and based on the contract with L.H.P Exchange, enables shareholder members to join the exchange to generate profits and pay dividends to shareholders.
Before the stock is normally registered and traded on the exchange, the maximum amount an individual shareholder may hold must be less than 280 units.
All information and availability of services listed on the online or mobile website are subject to change. As our services are provided via national and international internet, there may be some restrictions depending on specific times or locations.
If you use a mobile device to access Carrot Field pages, choose to receive SMS (text messages), or use a mobile application, the following additional terms apply. Accessing the site through a mobile device or using a mobile application confirms your agreement to these mobile terms and the rest of the Terms of Service. You understand that wireless service via Wi-Fi or participating mobile service providers may not always be available in all areas and may be affected by changes in mobile service providers' products, software, coverage, or other services.
Carrot Field may from time to time, at its sole discretion, provide special offers and promotions to shareholders and members. Such offers and promotions will be posted on the site or communicated in an appropriate manner. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify terms of offers or promotions at any time at our discretion with prior notice.
Carrot Field reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member accounts of users who engage in fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate conduct in connection with the business. Fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate acts in connection with shareholder offers or promotions may be subject to civil or criminal penalties under applicable law. If your account is terminated, you cannot dispute Carrot Field's purchase of its shares at the initial selling price.
Carrot Field does not permit unauthorized copying, creating, modifying, rebuilding, uploading, downloading, posting, transmitting, or producing derivative or reproduction works of all or any part of its content.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and personally use the content and service features provided by Carrot Field. This license does not include commercial use, modification, or reverse engineering. You shall not use Carrot Field's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information or content through framing techniques without prior written consent.
Carrot Field reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any part of the site at any time without notice.
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights of Carrot Field, including our rights in copyrighted materials, patents, trademarks, service marks, and trade secrets, are owned by Carrot Field.
You are solely responsible for your user content and the consequences of posting it. Carrot Field has the right at its sole discretion to refuse, remove, or delete user content that violates the terms, or to terminate access to the site.
Carrot Field regularly schedules system downtime for maintenance and other purposes. Unplanned system interruptions may also occur. You understand that Carrot Field is not responsible for unavailability of the Carrot Field site, data loss, delays, improper delivery, or undelivered data due to system interruptions.
These Terms of Service remain in full effect while you are a Carrot Field shareholder, member, and user. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your rights at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or are under the age of 18 (or the age at which you cannot engage in commercial activities in your country of residence). Carrot Field is not liable for any decision to terminate, including the termination of member accounts or deletion of user content.
For all communications with Carrot Field, including feedback, questions, comments, and suggestions, you have no right to maintain confidentiality of the communication. We may reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute your communications without restriction, and may freely use them for any purpose, including the development, production, and marketing of products and services incorporating this information.
These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of Korean courts, regardless of conflicts with laws and regulations of the state or country in which you reside.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of Carrot Field. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not act as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected and will continue to be valid and legally binding.
